Chase left a successful practice with another Tuscaloosa firm to practice law with his father when he retired from the bench. Chase focuses on corporate and business law, creditors' rights, criminal defense, estate planning and probate, and litigation.

Chase Malone was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. After graduating from Central High School, Chase attended The University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and received his B.A. in Criminal Justice. He received his J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law, while working full-time in the construction industry.

Chase is married to the former Mandie Pugh of Tuscaloosa, and they have two children (Ford and Mallie). He and Mandie are active members of First Wesleyan Church of Tuscaloosa.
